Liked: We had a wonderful stay in Kos and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. It was also in a great location for enjoying and exploring the island. What truly made our stay special, however, was Maria’s kindness and hospitality. Even before we arrived in Kos, she was incredibly helpful, giving us advice about transportation and car rental and patiently answering all our questions. Throughout our stay, she was always available, warm, and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed anything. Thanks to Maria, we didn’t simply feel like guests staying in an apartment — we felt truly welcomed and cared for. Maria is a wonderful host: kind, thoughtful, friendly, and genuinely hospitable. If we return to Kos, we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much, Maria, for your warm hospitality and for helping make our time in Kos such a lovely and memorable experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  great place and wonderful hospitality

Liked: The place itself is perfectly clean with new appliances and spacious enough to have a comfortable time - 15min walk to the Kos center, with great patisserie and mini farmers market closeby

  Disliked: nothing!

Liked: We stayed here as a group of six friends and absolutely loved everything about this apartment. It’s modern, spotless, and well-equipped. The area is quiet and safe, and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to the center of Kos Town and the seafront, totally doable on foot. The balcony is lovely and spacious, ideal for having breakfast or chilling in the evening. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Maria herself was an amazing host: kind, always available, and extremely welcoming. When we checked out, she even gave each of us a bracelet with the Greek eye as a gift, which was such a sweet and personal touch. Highly recommended for groups of friends or families!
