  do not be deceived by the photographs

  Liked: peaceful location Well equipped apartment balcony front and back getting both morning and evening sun

  Disliked: not a 1 bed apartment as advertised it is a studio. pool area not well maintained not a functional holiday complex as many residents live there and work in kos Town this means there is a strange atmosphere and it is not welcoming. the bar is no longer open and is very run down and full of junk. the reception looks like a junk shop and the staff did not welcome us or even introduce themselves. the pool is not well maintained. the only time I saw maintenance was a woman in the pool with a child's fishing net taking leaves of the bottom. sometimes the same woman swept around one side of the pool but not all the way round and no water was used. also the pool obviously has a. leak as we observed it being topped up with a large amounts of water this meant the pool was freezing cold as it could never warm up.

  Good bright apartment with nice pool

  Liked: Nice bright apartment, loved the pool, kitchen had everything you need, strong shower and lovely balcony.

  Disliked: The bed was way too hard, I added a bed sheet underneath to make it more soft then it was fine.

  Superb

  Liked: Great location, 2 minute walk to the coast, a supermarket, and the bus into Kos Town (can also walk into town in about 20-25 mins). Everything was very clean
