  Liked: We had an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The apartment was excellent, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the large terrace, which was perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, especially Valia, who made us feel truly at home. We were also touched by the thoughtful gift from the owner, along with a lovely handwritten note. It was such a kind gesture and made our stay even more special. My parents were especially impressed by the genuine hospitality and warmth we received throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday.

  The best place to stay in Kos Town and would definitely come back!

  Liked: The property was AMAZING! It was so well equipped, everything we could need. The place was beautiful, a great location and a lovely welcome basket, including a bottle of wine. Also, the communication was very good via Booking.com and Whatsapp. The apartment had some useful info about emergency numbers, taxis and supermarkets. Fantastic AC as well. The beds were very comfortable. The owner came to visit us on our last night with some cute souvenirs each, which was a lovely surprise! She truly went above and beyond. We had a great stay! Thank you very much.

  A great vacation in Kos

  Liked: It is a cozy apartment near the center and the beaches. Added to the super gentle host Michael, it was a great vacation

  Bright and spacious apartment close to the town centre

  Liked: The apartment is nice, with all the facilities to make your stay pleasant. It is spacious, bright, and equipped with AC, dishwasher, and washing machine. It has a lovely secluded external area where you can relax any time of the day. It is not located in Kos town centre, but it's less than a 10-minute walk from it in a safe area. This found the location a positive point as it permitted us to discover some Tavernas for our dinner that I would warmly recommend (Alla&Alla, Ampavris Taverna, The Land of Olives) that are truly offering Greek food at exceptional prices and far from the touristy tavernas in the town centre. We found clean towels, a bottle of wine, water and juice. The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

  Disliked: While the area is safe and close to the town centre, the traffic noise of mopeds and cars can be a bit loud, especially during weekends. Nothing major anyway, as the music and noise in the town centre, is likely to be the same.
