Good value for money would stay here again
Liked: Friendly staff price of stay was very goog
Disliked: Bit out from town so extra few euros needed for taxi or shuttle bus
Liked: Everything really good, but the personell the most!
Liked: The views from the hotel were lovely, you could see over to Turkey from our balcony.
Disliked: There was a constant background noise like a large generator running all night.
Liked: The location. The food itself was ok. Although fish there was terrible. The people in the restaurant were very friendly. Also our amazing cleaning lady from Ukraine. She was kind had a warm smile ❤️
Disliked: The reception woman ( with short hair ) was rude sometimes. She had a bad temper and would act passive aggressive. The facility is old and need renovation. The food court is loud and the ac was loud as well

Disliked: Our stay was very disappointing and far below the standard expected from a four-star hotel with an 8.0 rating. The rooms were big and larg but with old furniture, rusty bathroom fixtures, weak water pressure, and occasional lack of water. Our rooms were far from the pool and dining area, requiring a steep uphill walk that was extremely difficult with two babies and a double stroller. The food was often cold and tasteless, and the telephones in all our three rooms did not work, making it difficult to contact reception. The receptionist asked whether we are from Palestine, despite having seen our Israeli passports. We found this inappropriate and offensive. She also gave us incorrect information regarding the hotel telephone system; saying to press 8 while the system was broken. Later, when we asked her to order a taxi, she failed to inform us that we needed to wait outside the lobby. The taxi arrived, did not find us, and left. When we questioned her, she gave conflicting explanations and eventually accused us of lying. She then refused to order another taxi and told us to arrange one ourselves.
Liked: Food was good, pool and aqua park was good, distance to kos town very good, staff so so accommodating
Disliked: No Aircon despite it saying there was on booking.com, room floor was never swept over 11 days
