  Disliked: Very dirty hotel! The only place was clean is the room! At the dining area my shoes was sticking to the floor, around the pool dirty, food not to many options and you could feel was not fresh! Not a 5* definitely

  Liked: The pool was nice

  Disliked: The property is very dated. The room felt like it was from the 1980’s. It did not feel like a 5star hotel at all. The staff barely spoke to us at all, the reception, although really friendly at check in, didn’t really want to speak to my wife when we went to speak to them and only to me. The food choices were not great, always like warm and again, made it feel like it was not a 5 star hotel. If the hotel and the rooms were updated and modernised and the food was better then I think that would definitely help

  We went out walking everyday so we wasn’t in the hotel much as it’s just not nice and the price does reflect it but plea

  Disliked: Firstly the bathroom was a slip hazard as there that old that when u take a shower it just goes everywhere on the floor as the shower screen doesn’t go all the way across, the aircon is absolutely rubbish, it all wants updating, it’s not 5 star far from it it’s more like 3, the food is awful, the drinks are undrinkable, the sunloungers are old, it lacks in the little finishing touches, the entertainment is terrible even though they try and they are so friendly but it’s that bad

  AVOID - pictures do not correspond to the rooms. Outdated, unloved, bad quality

  Liked: People who work there are nice, rooms has a lot of space, but thats about it. Otherwise nothing to like there. It is not a 5* hotel

  Disliked: It is definatelly NOT a 5* hotel, even not close. I would say worse hotel I have ever stayed (and I have travelled a lot). Lucky we had some very good experiences in other places in the Kos island before so our holiday was not completely ruined. Rooms are outdated, run down, even dirty, curtains smells cigarettes. Coffee at the breakfast (and a bar as I tried there as well) was just a brown water - horrible if you stay for several days (and it is Greece - known for a good coffee). Same quality of what they called "juices" and cocktails - complete artificial sugar water. So we could not drink that even less to give to our kids. We do not need luxury - but having normal coffee at your morning is a basic. Mainly why we choose this hotel was because it claimed it has kids playground and kids club. Kids entertainment was 3 dances at night disco. No entertainment in daytime - even we went to ask if there would be some animation for kids and it was written on the paper morning and afternoon. Animators where present, but 0 activities. Kids playground completely run down and sad. Pool closed at 18:00!!! In this weather it is best time when you could swim - keep it open till 19 at least. After kids nap we could not even manage back sometimes. Beach chairs are free, but they are rusty and dirty - seems never taken off in winter or cleaned. So yes. There was basically nothing we really liked about this place and I would NOT recommend to anyone - first time I write such a review.
