  Bad

  Liked: The location was okay

Disliked: The morning receptionist was rude, had a bad attitude and spoke to us in a weird mocking way which was not appreciated. The rooms were very cold and caused my family member some health issues. Left the room a day earlier than expected

Management unfortunately lets the hotel and rest of the staff down

Liked: Good location and a decent breakfast. Rooms were cleaned well and linen (although not great quality) was changed regularly.

Disliked: We paid a decent amount for a 9 night stay in this very dated hotel. We had to ask 4 times over 5 days before a lightbulb was replaced. There were only 3 coats hangers in the wardrobe and were brought just 4 more the day after we asked for more. We had read reviews prior to booking so weren't expecting anything great. We are quite happy with basic but service from management was disappointing.
