  We enjoyed our stay, the location was very convenient, short walk to everything, the host was very responsive to our req

  Liked: The apartment was well located,close to cafes, restaurants and harbour, it offered everything you require for a comfortable stay.

  Disliked: The provision of sheets and towels was inadequate for our stay, however the host was very responsive in providing what we needed.

  Liked: Only the location which was handy for the harbour, some local cafes and local tavernas very nearby.

  Disliked: Very shoddy, badly maintained. Ironing board that had collapsed and never replaced, curtain rail fallen off the wall on our first night and not fixed, black mould around the shower, unhygienic. Mosquito nets broken,never fixed. The apartment is in a multi-level building in a residential road. Some noise from other apartments when we were there. NO cleaning services you have to wash your own towels and dispose of the toilet and kitchen waste. You can’t clean the floor or surfaces as no cleaning materials provided. There is a washing machine but the minute you leave the apartment the electricity goes off so it can take all day to wash your towels and more time to dry them! No spare towels or sheets.

  Fantastic Stay in Kos – Highly Recommended!

  Liked: Fantastic Stay in Kos – Highly Recommended! We stayed in this apartment in Kos in mid-May and can only speak highly of our experience. The weather on Kos at this time of year is simply excellent: pleasant temperatures, plenty of sunshine, and ideal conditions for exploring the island. Even so, it was reassuring to know that the apartment was equipped with a perfectly functioning air-conditioning system. Fortunately, we hardly needed to use it, but it is a great feature to have available. One of the biggest surprises was the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. In most holiday apartments, you expect only the essentials, but here we found not only all the necessary equipment, but also basic ingredients and supplies that would otherwise require an extra trip to the supermarket. The appliances were all in excellent condition, well maintained, and far more comprehensive than one would normally expect. The apartment also features two televisions with excellent picture quality. Although Kos offers so much to see and do that we rarely turned them on, they are certainly a welcome addition. Another highlight is the two terraces. Whether the sun is shining at the front in the morning or at the back in the evening, you can simply move to whichever terrace offers the best spot at that moment. Both are comfortably furnished and perfect for relaxing outdoors. Adding to the charm is the beautiful citrus tree on the rear terrace—you can practically pick your own fruit while enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet only a short walk from the town centre. If you do not feel like making coffee yourself—although the apartment is perfectly equipped for that—there is an excellent coffee bar just around the corner, literally a few metres away. Supermarkets are nearby, the nightlife district is within easy walking distance, and some of the island’s archaeological sites are so close that they almost seem visible from the terrace.

  Excellent!

  Liked: The house was exactly as in the photos. The location was 7-8 minutes walking distance to the beach, 2-3 minutes by car. The owner Vassilis invited us to his restaurant and we had a wonderful evening in a place with the best view on the island, and very good food and drinks. Next time we come to Kos, we definitely know where we will stay. Thanks for everything.

  Beautiful apartment, 5 minute walk to the old town with lots of shops and restaurants. About a 15 minute walk to Lambi b

  Liked: The property was close to the old town, harbour, shops and restaurants. Very modern and had everything you needed to be self sufficient.

  Disliked: Only 1 set of towels each for a weeks stay, we washed them in the morning and dried them as the weather was sunny, but would have been good to have another set. Shower mat was dirty, did not use. The sheets on the bed were no longer white and looked old.

  Good size place in a great location but needs a thorough cleaning, wifi to be fixed and take keys off the card!!! U get

  Liked: Location is great, good size apartment and bathroom had a fan that worked.

  Disliked: A LOT. It was NOT clean at all. The state we found the apartment in was unacceptable and very distressing. The free WiFi was nonexistent. There were no blockout blinds/curtains so room was full of light in the morning. Host has fastened keys to card so no electricity during the day. Means for a very hot and uncomfortable apartment when returning late at night to sleep!!!
