  A perfect calm holiday and well needed rest, top notch service!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kos, Greece. The hotel was excellent, with a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding service throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was really nice, well maintained, and provided everything we needed for a super relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the high standard of hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kos and would happily stay here again! 10/10

  11/10 honeymoon

  Liked: Had the most amazing stay for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond. Complimentary room upgrade, late check out and a wonderful surprise on arrival and to congratulate us (including the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten, and chocolates my favourite). Staff were so attentive. Food in the restaurant was amazing and the breakfast selection was surprisingly good for a smaller hotel. Quality overall was superb. Thanks to everyone who made our stay the most amazing experience, we can't thank you enough. Could not recommend them enough.

  Nice place but reception experience was bad

  Liked: The hotel facilities were great. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was well kept and not too busy. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices available. The welcome bottle of wine in our room was a nice touch.

  Disliked: I must say that out checkin and checkout experience was awful. On arrival, we were asked to pay for the full stay, even though we'd already paid a 50% deposit. We were told if we wanted a show around the hotel we'd have to wait until thr morning. Even though we were then made to wait 15 minutes before being able to get to our room. On checkout i was presented with a bill with no breakdown of costs. When I asked for a receipt I was told that I would have to wait. Felt like they were more interested in taking my money that ensuring I had a good stay. Location was a bit isolated, with no bikes available to hire from the hotel, or taxis available.

  Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable - worn and uncomfortable mattress. Some of staff seemed out of their depth for 5 star hotel, especially at reception

  Great escape location

  Liked: We had a room over looking the pool, which was pleasant to see from the balcony. The pool has two spa pools with bubble jets, on each side of the pool. Very relaxing. The facilities are very clean and staff is extremely helpful to accomodate all needs. We were able to use the facilities until 4.30 pm after our check out at 11 am, with towels, lockers and shower made available to us. The Spa is amazing. I would strongly recommend the couples massage provided by two lovely experts; Georgia and Anastasia. 1.5 hours long and value for money. The breakfast was superb with all sorts of alternatives whether you like continental, Mediterranean with pastry, sweets and plenty of healthy choices too. The beach is also a great alternative with sun beds and great sunsets right across the hotel.

  Disliked: There is nothing I can think of that we disliked. All was in place, the greeting, the stay, the food, the spa and pool were all that we were looking for. Well done.
