Exceptional
Cancelled on us almost upon destination
Liked: We didn't get a chance to enjoy the apt and the facilities as they asked us to cancel 2 hours before arriving, saying they have an issue with the apartment. We were with a small child in the car at night, so it wasn't the best of situations. They insisted on us cancelling via whattsapp, us refusing, which led to 3 phone calls with the support center at Booking which were very helpful, as the room was a non refundable one. We would have really enjoyed staying with them but this was our experience! Just be mindful as these things can happen and when on the road it is not as easy to deal with them. Hope this is not a recurring situation!
Very comfortable
Liked: Convenience to bus deoot, walk to town, washing machine, large balcony
It was overall good stay, I do recommend it for the price
Liked: The apartment is big and clean, the cleaning staff is taking care of the apartment everyday. It is 10 min walk to the center, location is good.
Disliked: Overall everything was great but I have three recommendations: 1. The shower was broken and after they said that two times someone is going to fix it- it doesn’t. 2. The coffee machine is too old and it is hard to find capsules in the markets. If you find them, they will be only one choice to buy. 3. I fully support the air conditioning system to be controlled, but each room have to be separated. If you want conditioning in the bedroom but in the living room no, you are not able to turn it off. Even the door of the bathroom is closed if the window is open you are not allowed to use it.
Excellent
Liked: It has everything you will ever want, its in lefkada city and you can travel by any means of transportation around the island
Liked: Very clean and comfortable place. Everything was perfect.
Absolutely wonderful
Liked: Fantastic property. So clean and private. So modern. Great bathroom. Great kitchen space. Free parking. Great communication. Easy walk to coffee shop and town. It was wonderful and will happy book again!
Disliked: The only thing was the movable shower head kept falling off its stand if used but such a minor issue. The overhead shower head worked fine!
