  Would not recommend this place to anyone. Location is good but that’s about all

  Liked: The property was in a good location but that’s really where it ends.

  Disliked: The whole apartment was falling apart. There was a hole in the roof of the bathroom, and I’m talking a huge hole, this wouldn’t even be acceptable in Australia. The front door of the apartment wouldn’t close properly and was all buckled at the bottom, the toilet would not flush, and the wall where the bed was backed into about ten air conditioners that were buzzing all night and had me up all night. The lady Helen who is the contact person was trying to rectify our issues but ultimately the owners did not care one bit. No contact was made by them even after we made our concerns known.

  Perfect location, but far too expensive for what it offers

  Liked: The location is perfect, just a few steps from the main street in Lefkada Town. The building itself is old but beautiful and well maintained. The AC worked perfectly when the windows were closed, and the Wi-Fi was fine. I also noticed that the cleaning ladies work hard to maintain the apartments. However, they do not speak or understand English at all, which makes communication difficult. Perhaps having a few more staff members would help ensure the apartments can be cleaned and maintained more thoroughly.

  Disliked: I was disappointed with Apartment No. 5 in the second floor, especially considering the €220 per night price and the high expectations. The bed was not a double bed but two single beds, resulting in the worst sleep of our vacation in years. I also found hairs from previous guests under the sheets, which is unacceptable. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment: extremely small, with a dirty shower curtain. For €220 per night, this is simply not acceptable. I also found the Booking.com photos misleading, especially the jacuzzi. We never saw it open or available during our stay, so I strongly suggest removing it as the main photo. Overall, the apartment was far below what we expected for the price.

  Liked: Eveything: the location is great, the apartment we had has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was spacious and very clean. Helena is very nice. We arrived earlier than the check in time, and she helped us get the room in a few minutes. She also gave us great suggestions on where to go aorund Lefkada, and where to eat good food. Would definetely go back here if we come to Lefkada again.
