Very good
Wouldn't recommend
Liked: Dimitris was friendly, helpful with suggestions and instructions to the house and offered himself to give us some of our money back.
Disliked: The photos are outdated, as the place looks run down, especially the kitchen and downstairs area in general. There was no glass to drink water when we looked, the fridge was smelly and the microwave was dirty. All of the house smelled strongly of cigarettes too, and what we thought it should have been mentioned is that the owner lives there too. For the same money, we found on the same day, a high-end, modern property just 5 mins away.
I needed somewhere reasonably priced in the middle of Lefkas town. This apartment was fine, and the Host helpful
Liked: Convenient for the harbour and town. It served its purpose!
Disliked: Shared bathroom
Excellent
Liked: Excellent hist, excellent location, spacious and clean room, very quiet. Just 1 minute walk from buses, 2 minutes walk from great taverns, restaurants and supermarket. Very well working air-conditioning in the property, very well equipped kitchen and spacious living g room. The hist had provided very detailed information in advance hiw we can reach its place although was very convenient and easily accessible property in the centre of the town of Lefkada. Very good working wife as well. Everything was perfect. Many thanks. From Evangelia and my husband Dimitris, London.
Disliked: All were pwrfect
Perfect layover before going sailing!
Liked: Was very clean, and very helpful owner when I was having difficulties finding an alternative bus to Lefkada
Dissapointed

Disliked: The walls are paper-thin — we could hear full conversations, alarms, steps from the next room. When we arrived, cobwebs were still hanging, the towels and pillows were dirty (though the owner did replace a pillow when asked), and the room had a strong, moldy smell that didn’t go away. We also found cockroaches. Also, there was no blow-dryer. The toilet is in the shower, so the entire bathroom floor stays wet, and the toilet had trouble flushing. The sink drained very slowly. Worst of all, we found trash under the bed and table, which made us question if the room had been cleaned at all. When we told the owner we didn’t want to stay, he refused to give a refund and instead offered €20 — but only if we agreed to leave a good review. We had paid €144 in total. I didn’t accept the money, because I wanted to be truthful and let others know what to expect.
Liked: Everything was great – the room was clean and cozy. The host is an absolute sweetheart: kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. I felt really comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommended!
