Could have been great but the owners' attitude was terrible, particularly for this price

Liked: The location is great, it's right next to a Lidl. The small house has everything you will need for your stay, there is even a washing machine which was great.

Disliked: There was no cleaning at all in 10 days. Additionally, as the previous review also stated, the owner's dog is roaming freely in the garden. She was very friendly towards us (people) but very hostile towards our dog. We could not enjoy the garden (which was the main reason we booked this stay) because every time we went out we had to put the owner's dog on chain or close her to the tiny office/house while she was constantly barking and lounging at our dog. It has been extremely stressful for both us and our dog. The owners were not proactive about the situation at all, we had to ask them every time to please do something so we can come out with our dog. On the last day we were playing in the garden with our dog and the owner's dog got out from the tiny house (she managed to open the door by kicking it and I did not turn on the key). She immediately attacked our dog and bit her tail I had to separate them. Everything got blood on it, it was really scary, we are lucky it was me outside not my wife. The owner (dad) was not really worried about it. We had to take our dog to the vet (anesthesia + stitching her up) that cost us 100 EUR. I have offered that they can chip in to cover half of these costs (even sent the receipts) but they ended up ghosting me. This has been our worst vacation ever. We have been to Greece many times even with our dog, but the attitude here was terrible.
