Liked: Breakfast was a really good value. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional! We went at the end of the season so it was quiet but that was perfect for us.

Liked: Amazing breakfast. Extremely helpful receptionists - made us feel very welcomed and helped to order a taxi when our transfer failed.

Disliked: Must improvement - install mosquito nets. Quality of cleaning was varying from day to day from perfect to not so much.

Liked: The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast staff were fantastic. The room was lovely and clean with fresh clean sheets and towels. Hot shower- excellent. Although basic, It was a very modern room with an extremely comfortable bed- That was amazingly comfortable actually and felt as if it was new and makes a whole difference the stay.

Disliked: Unfortunately our room (122)was situated above the bar area, which played music from 8am untill midnight every single day. Was a bit repetitive but not too loud.it didnt spoil our stay but I personally prefer more peace in the mornings. There's is no cooking facilities in the room.just cups and glasses. The kettle in our room wouldnt turn off so had to turn off manually. This made the handle extremely hot when pouring - rather dangerous! ive not had an electric kettle do this before! There is a light "duvet/throw" that we used on the bed when it got chilly but this was not clean and obviously not washed before.I Could smell the dust and it wasnt pleasant to have on the bed. That is a shame considering how fresh the towels and sheets were.. It clearly just gets rolled back up and put back on the shelf as not used continuously.

  Quiet hotel with fantastic staff

Liked: The staff were absolutely fabulous and couldn't do anything more to make me feel welcome. The location was nice and peaceful about 2km away from the main strip

Disliked: The rooms were very clean and spacious, the bathroom was a bit tired looking. They need to update the shower fittings and get rid of shower curtains in favour of a shower screen.
