  Great position, it requires some investments to bring it to state of the art level

  Liked: The position is great, right above St Paul’s bat.We were in the studio 3 upstairs with terrace which was nice and with a great view over the bay

  Disliked: although I was prepared for a “simple” studio, I found the studio dirty, with pieces falling apart and not fully equipped like in our case for a 3 people stay. Cutlery was missing and so was a place to let the dishes to dry. On our arrival there were not even enough towels for a shower for 3 people and it took some insistence to get them on the same day.

  Great location

  Philips studio apt stay

  Liked: Great location overlooking St Paul's bay, good WiFi and charging, very secure with safe box.Clean linen. Nice staff.

  Disliked: Floors were filthy, furniture very outdated, beds were very cheap, we felt the springs through the mattress, grubby around the kitchen sink, curtain shower doesn't reach the bottom of the shower tray, water then flows over the bathroom floor ( although there is a drain outside of the cubicle) the floor is wet for hours after. The shower could be cleaned and presented better. Very small space between the toilet & shower cubicle. No hot water for 2 days, the outside umbrella was broken, some of the crockery was dirty, not washed.

  Perfect location

  Liked: Excellent location with St Pauls Bay literally outside the front door and restaurants and entrance into Lindos' warren of streets just 100 metres away.

  Disliked: Very basic furnishings with some need of TLC. Just 2 hobbs and a fridge make up the "Kitchen". Description on Booking.com led me to believe that I would have a balcony, but these are only in the larger upstairs rooms not for the lower 2 person rooms.
