  Nice location, however not really recommendable

  Liked: It was nicely located and the ambience was nice. The room was clean.

  Disliked: The staff seemed to be enjoyed and not much interested in our stay. Especially during breakfast. We reported a stuck drain that was never fixed during our stay. This ended up with the bathroom beeping overloaded every day during shower. The safe was located in a wardrobe with different access, meaning not really usable. We had, even being hotel guests, to pay for the beach. The swimming area was also limited (depth until hip level) as the water sports atracrions had priority.

  A little disappointed

  Liked: The price was good and the bed was very comfy!

  Disliked: There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom and neither any coffee pods-the coffee box was empty..so bring all these for the standard room! Also the view was a bit awkward, English language was pretty poor and they were never at the reception desk..and the sign towards the restaurant were odd placed- moreso towards the beach.. food was cold as well and somehow it upseted my stomach..

  Nice resort ruined by abusive staff and managers who wouldn’t address any issues raised

  Liked: Great location on the beach, close to the Malia Strip and free parking. Evening meal buffet was different every day.

  Disliked: Abusive and rude staff who shouted at you and then glared at you from the bar for the crime of not paying for their over priced (x3) bottled water during dinner. Beach sports staff had different prices depending on your nationality and refused to allow you to photograph their price lists.
