Staff are lovely, but the property is in need of work. Rate of room reflects this

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: Rooms were outdated and the smoking / non smoking rooms were clearly mixed. The bin under the sink smelt of stale smoke.

A wonderful family stay with spacious accommodation, a great pool, friendly staff, and excellent val

Liked: We had a wonderful five-day stay with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely large veranda that was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kids especially loved the pool, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. We also appreciated the reasonable prices for food and drinks at the hotel, which made dining there a convenient and good-value option. Although breakfast was not included in our room rate, there were plenty of options available. Overall, it was a lovely family stay, and we would happily return!

A clean, peaceful and safe stay with wonderful energy

Liked: We loved that the hotel was brand new, modern and exceptionally clean. The staff and the owners were wonderful friendly, attentive and full of positive energy. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of Malia. The beach was beautiful, with very easy access to the sea. The sea was quite rough during our stay due to the season, but it was still lovely. Overall, we really enjoyed both the hotel and the wonderful atmosphere of Crete.
