  Overall great stay and value for money

  Liked: The breakfast and the facilities were excellent. We also very much liked the location. The staff was also great.

  Liked: We had a superior room with sea view, which was very good. An excellent hotel with super friendly staff, very good breakfast on the terrace with beach and sea view. Direct access to the beach. Great facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, gym, sauna, massage, restaurants, bars, kids club. Room service every day. The hotel is kept very clean and in good condition.

  Liked: Great location, nice rooms

  Disliked: The staff at our first two nights in the main restaurant was not attentive. We waited both mornings about 15 minutes to even get cutlery at breakfast. Also in the dinner it took forever to order drinks. This however changed with a staff change.

  Good resort nearby the sea

  Liked: Good location to all key amenities. Great access to the private beach and to multiple swimming pools. Kind personnel

  Disliked: Not too much variety over the week for the breakfast. No food / drink service on the beach, but it’s not a big issue as the swimming pool bar is not so far away. Not really value for money probably due to the peak season

  Liked: If you are looking for a calm, pleasant, relaxing holiday - this is the place for you. Extremely clean, with a private beach and a very pleasant entry to the sea with the sandy beach, caring service and calm atmosphere (not like on the other part of Malia). Highly recommended for those who value privacy, respect and relaxation.

  Disliked: I think overall all was good, but a suggestion to improve the menu for the dinner and improve the quality of the drinks at the bar. For the price as it is, the quality is quite low in the content and the presentation. But it is a minor thing.

  Liked: I loved the pool activities, the food was okay, not much variety. The rooms were good for up to 3 adults. I'd recommend it for chill trips where you don't want to travel around.

  Disliked: The bathroom kept leaking all over the floor, which was a real mess. Plus, in one of the rooms we booked, the toilet was so awkwardly placed that my legs hit the wall when I tried to sit down – and I'm 5'10", so that shouldn't have been an issue.
