  Convenient location, but a very noisy room

  Liked: We booked this hotel at the last minute for one night on our way to Chania and got a very good price. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a working shower. The location was excellent, close to the old town and public transport, which was very important for our short stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was right next to the reception and main entrance of this very large hotel. Guests gathered outside throughout the evening and night while waiting for taxis, making the room extremely noisy. The room was also very dark, and sitting outside at the tables was not a pleasant option due to the constant crowds. The kitchenette was poorly equipped for practical use. Although making coffee was possible, there was no dishwashing liquid, kitchen towel or anything else needed to clean even a coffee cup. The hairdryer could also use an upgrade.

  Would not recommend, looks nice.. looks can be deceiving

  Disliked: The walls were paper thin, and it’s not really suited to anyone who wants to be able to sleep before maybe 2am!! And then to be woken up early.. it’s a party place with people loudly partying in their rooms until up to 4am, banging doors loudly, dogs barking early in the morning and a manager/owner who ignores your messages when you ask for help to get the neighbours to quieten down after midnight and two days of constantly being woken up or no sleep at all.. very disappointed in the way this was handled and to be ignored is just rude. Would not recommend staying here if you would like some sleep!! And the beds are like bloody hard concrete absolutely awful.. cold water in the mornings for your showers too as so many people using the water and the internet is terrible 😣
