  Wonderful food and cheerful people

  Liked: The interior and the staff. The food was also amazing.

  Disliked: The only downside is that they didn't change our sheets even once, so that’s kind of the only flaw.

  We highly recommend staying at Koni Village Hotel!

  Liked: We really enjoyed our 7 day stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially from the restaurant. The food was great and there was a board range to choose from every meal. There is really everything that you may need- from the pool and sunbeds all around, to showers, toilets to common use, and even the well equipped shop. On the last day we were allowed to leave our language and wait for our flight back in the facility. Highly recommended! 🫶🏻

  The mountainous view from the hotel overlooking the beach opposite was the main highlight

  Liked: I recently stayed at Koni Village Hotel in Crete with my two daughters on an all-inclusive package. The mountainous view from the hotel overlooking the beach opposite was amazing The overall hotel staff, especially the reception and housekeeping staff, were very nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, however, some of the staff members at the restaurant and bar were quite rude and disrespectful. Overall, while we appreciated the beautiful location and the friendly reception and housekeeping staff, but our experience at the restaurant and bar left us extremely disappointed.

  Disliked: One evening, we had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel restaurant during dinner. My two daughters and I were harassed, disrespected, and treated unfairly by one of the restaurant employees, for reasons best known to him. At one point, I even wondered whether he thought we were eating there for free. I seriously doubt that he understands how much an all-inclusive hotel stay actually costs. I tried to get his name for reference but unfortunately was unsuccessful. However, I was able to take a picture of him for reference, but i will not be able to attach his image here for privacy reasons.
