  Friendly staff and good location

  Liked: Super friendly staff, delicious and good selection of food, clean, a lot of shops in the area. Quite good program on 3 days per week.

  Disliked: Pool towels were changed only after every 3 days. I got a call one day before the check out at 22:00 with the question what time we plan to leave next day and that we booked the transfer although we had a rental car. Not enough sun-beds and some evenings we had to wait for free dinner table.

  Liked: Room was spacious.

  Disliked: Extremely noisy rooms, you could hear everything. Food is rather ok, nothing special. Overcrowded swimming pool without sunbeds. Gym is a joke and not worth considering.

  Liked: The hotel looks amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt very relaxed, comfortable, and safe. I was celebrating my birthday during our stay, and when we arrived at our room, a lovely and delicious surprise was waiting for me, which made the experience even more special! 🎂 I also have a gluten allergy, and the staff made sure that I had gluten-free options at every meal, which I really appreciated. And finally, a special thank you to Nasos, the Guest Ambassador, who was absolutely wonderful with us throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect, always with the biggest smile, and truly made us feel welcome and cared for.

  A Truly Peaceful All-Inclusive Experience – We’ll Definitely Be Back

  Liked: We stayed at SENTIDO Kyknos Beach Hotel on an all-inclusive basis, and overall, we absolutely loved our experience. We really appreciated the hotel’s concept: it is calm, peaceful and designed to be a true break from everyday life. Our room was absolutely incredible. We had a jacuzzi in the room, a beautiful sea view and even an amazing view from the shower! Although the hotel is not directly on the beach and the view is partly over the surrounding buildings, it is completely unobstructed and still beautiful. The hotel has two swimming pools, one smaller and one larger. Both are lovely, with plenty of sun loungers, so we never had any trouble finding somewhere to relax. Unfortunately, some guests still reserve sun loungers with towels and then disappear for hours, but that is more a matter of guest behaviour than the hotel’s fault. The hotel does try to discourage this, but sadly not everyone respects the rules. The food and drinks were fantastic. We genuinely have nothing negative to say about them. Compared with other all-inclusive hotels we have stayed at, the food here felt much more carefully prepared and varied. There is less of the typical fast-food-style food, which might not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect. There were also plenty of vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. The staff were also incredibly kind and friendly. A special thank you to the housekeeping ladies, who were absolutely lovely and always genuinely concerned about whether everything was okay and whether we needed anything. Their kindness really stood out to us. We also loved the entertainment concept. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts, the entertainment here is much more relaxed — and that is exactly the point of this hotel. It is peaceful and quiet, giving you the opportunity to actually rest. We loved being able to relax by the pool without constantly being invited to participate in activities or having our downtime interrupted.

  Disliked: The only real negative point was our arrival. We did not feel particularly welcomed when we first arrived, and the room we were initially given did not correspond to the room we had booked. However, we have to say that the way this was handled afterwards was excellent. The manager personally called us from home, resolved the issue on the very same day and was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She even asked to speak with me the following day to make sure everything was okay and that we were happy with the room. We really appreciated how seriously she took the situation and how personally she followed up.
