Exceptional hospitality and a true gem in Old Malia

Liked: Initially, we were hesitant about Malia because we prefer off-the-beaten-path locations, but we were pleasantly surprised. The owners were fantastic, welcoming us with chocolate and raki. The location in the narrow streets of Old Malia is charming and quiet, far from large hotels. Most importantly, when our car wouldn't start at 7 AM on our way to the airport, the owners were incredibly kind and helped us jump-start it with their own cables. Thanks to them, we caught our flight! We highly recommend this place for its authenticity and amazing hospitality.

Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect, including the heartwarming help from the hosts.

Liked: I loved the attention to detail and staff were friendly and supportive. Location also close to lovely cafe and bars/restaurants.

Disliked: Property was extremely cold-not suitable for winter weather and the water was luke warm-cold for the most part.
