  Comfortable and clean apartment with plenty of space

  Liked: Very clean and spacious. In a nice location. The pool areas were lovely. The staff were welcoming and friendly. There were so many places for storage so the rooms always looked tidy.

  Disliked: Nothing. However We were in the next building not actually in W suites.

  Liked: Very well located a little next to the village centre of Malia, but still on the main tourist road with many fine restaurants, bars, supermarkets and souvenir shops. We had the large 4-1/2 room apartment. The size and furnishings, including the shady little seating area, were great. The guest service was also warm and very quick! Cleaning staff were very friendly and organised!

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the bathtub shower did not have a curtain. No efforts were made to install this either. That‘s a nogo.

  Superb

  Liked: The apartment was exceptionally clean – it was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. We would especially like to mention Alex at the reception, whose professionalism greatly contributed to making our stay even more pleasant and relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

  Disliked: A wider choice of breakfast items would be a great addition.
