Exceptional
Great Hotel
Liked: Very well located hotel. Big rooms and very clean. I liked the terrace and the plates and cutlery to be able to have breakfast / eat something light. I don’t give a higher score because it was a bit expensive, so value for money was not great, considering there are no amenities in common areas
Liked: I really loved this property but one issue i had was when the cleaning people came, they threw my retainers away and when trying to contact the company they were rude and not helpful at all. They basically told me they didn’t do it and it was my fault. They are 1000 dollars and they did not have a care in the world that this was their fault. Hard to love a place when they treated me like this after my stay.
Liked: Great property. Clean, quite, exactly what I needed.
Liked: Great stay! The room was clean and they replaced the towels and sheets every day. The area was great and it was really easy to find!
Liked: Booked a ‘Seaview Room’ however was given a room at the side of the hotel on lower floor with hardly any view. Not what is advertised. Small rooms and not quiet. Need ear plugs for traffic on street.
