Exceptional
Lovely spacious room with views to the coast
Liked: Lovely spacious rooms and clean with very comfortable bed. There was a coffee machine, which was great to have. The host Manos was very helpful with lots of tips about Milos and what to do. There is a distant view of the coast from the balcony, which was nice to look out to.
Disliked: I thought it was a 2 bedroom apartment, but actually it was 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, no sitting room or kitchen area. A tad disappointing. Glad we hired a car, as, apart from a local restaurant across the road (which was lovely) it was a 15 minute drive to the Port and restaurants. There is a very limited bus service to accomodation.
Try to steal your money. Don’t book this hotel
Liked: Manos tried to charge us extra for sing both bedrooms even though we booked two bedrooms. Got home and there is an extra charge on my card. I’m guessing for using the second bedroom we had already paid for. I would not recommend this place unless you want them to come up with some bogus charge they think up.
Disliked: Getting charged again for using the second bedroom. When we booked two bedrooms paid for two bedrooms then get a call from Manos asking if we’re using both bedrooms because there’s an extra charge for using both because sometimes people book two bedrooms but only use one. Which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Save yourself the grief and don’t book with these people. Milos was not a good experience with people trying to take advantage of you. We will not return to this island and especially this hod awful hotel.
Relaxing and pleasant stay
Liked: The location is very close to the airport, just 5 minutes away. There is plenty of space to park the car. The village is central in the island then it's easy to reach any beach both from the north or the south.
Disliked: Minimal improvements to be done, especially regarding where to hang wet clothes, since it is made available a small rack outside attached to the wall, but it had some rust and some clothes got stained. There are also missing some hooks on the wall inside the room to hang and cry the large towels after the shower.
Would recommend! clean rooms in a quiet area with great staff! but will need a car/quad for transport

Disliked: You need either a quad or car to get here - but you would need one for milos anyways so not that much of an issue!
Well maintained property at the great location. Your own transportation is a must!
Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Avra Milos. It’s great location make it very practical to explore the whole island. The studio we stayed is maintained to very good standards and with daily maintenance, it make it a very pleasant experience to come back each evening after the day of exploring the island.

Liked: The best accomodation that we stayed it! The staff is comunicative and helpful💕 The place was spottless clean every time we came back and smelled so so good! We even got a briefing about the island, such as tips on where to eat, best beaches, etc. Thank you so much for everything! You made our stay so awesome, we will definitely come back!🩷
