Exceptional
Lovely place with great views!
Liked: Good location, cleanliness. Easy access to house owners.
Disliked: During very hot days we missed another a/c in the main room.
Friendly and helpful hosts, with a magical view in a great location
Liked: Great location, just away from the craziness of Plaka, but still close enough to be able to easily access Plaka and it's restaurants and sunset viewing locations. On site car parking made access easy. The view for the verandah/porch makes it easy to stay "home" and relax
Many positives and negatives
Liked: Very nice host with easy and timely communication. Provided beach towels and umbrellas came in very handy. Enjoyed the breakfast bread/jam. High quality towels and soap/shampoos.
Disliked: 1. Difficult location to park, with a 15 foot drop off the road, without side barriers - I am an experienced driver and I had to struggle each day. 2. Air conditioner present only in the living space - making the bedroom pretty hot if you keep the door closed. 3. This part of the island is very dusty, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space/ patio.
Good
Liked: The house was nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was super close to beaches, places to eat and a big grocery store but on a nice quiet street. The owner also had tasty snacks there for us which was so nice!
Disliked: We didn’t have hot water for showers for two days. Wouldn’t matter as much on a hot day but was there during cooler rainy weather.
Casa Sole was just fabulous
Liked: I loved everything about Casa Sole. A lovely welcome from our Host’s young family member. Great location: very close proximity to a local town with a grocery store, stunning views of Mandrakia and close to the spectacular Sarakiniko beach, as well as the main town Plaka and the port if you want to check out the shops, cafes and restaurants. The property was clean. We had complimentary bottled water in the fridge, some snacks and even laundry detergent pods. Our Host Maria was very responsive anytime we had questions. I would definitely book Casa Sole again.

I wouldn’t want it any other way 10/10
Liked: Our stay was phenomenal. The place easily accomodated 3 people and was full of everything you can think of. The host was also incredibly helpful. The sea view and the calming vibe are worth it alone. I’ll be absolutely staying here with my friends next year.
