Exceptional
Absolutely disgraceful experience
Liked: The location was the only aspect of the accom that was alright
Disliked: An absolutely disgraceful experience and easily one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. We had no running water for most of the stay, meaning we couldn't shower or properly use the bathroom facilities. The cleanliness of the property was appalling, and our supposedly private luxury pool was so filthy that it was completely unusable. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, offering little assistance or any meaningful solution. Despite these completely unacceptable conditions, management refused to provide even a partial refund or any compensation whatsoever. When we escalated the matter to Booking.com, management apparently disputed our account rather than taking responsibility. For a property advertising itself as luxury accommodation and charging premium prices, the standards of cleanliness, facilities and customer service were nothing short of embarrassing. We felt completely ripped off and would strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay elsewhere.
Liked: Staff and daily room service were great.
Disliked: The private pool was dirty most of the time. The pool cleaning was too infrequent, and the pool‘s filter system didn’t work properly. The kitchen could be better equipped.
Good location and friendly staff
Liked: Nicholas at the front desk is very friendly and fun to have a chat with and the breakfast’s in the courtyard were very nice. Good location close to town but far enough away from the noise
a very relaxing hotel with wonderful personal touches
Liked: Quite location, easy walking distance to the port, town, resturants etc. The homecooked personal breakfast was a highlight. Set in a very pleasant courtyard we could start our day at our own pace. The suites were large, with lots of space for the kids, a little kitchen for quick meals and two great bathrooms. The parents room upstairs has a great view and was very comfortable, almost too big! Parking was easy, even if it is a little tight. The staff were alwas friendly and happy to help.
Disliked: Everything was perfect... toilet paper was perhaps too close to the shower and it would wet if you didn't move it first! 😄
