Exceptional
Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff
Relaxing, luxury stay
Liked: Airport/ferry shuttle by the hotel is definitely a plus. Location is near a local bus stop, so this is handy if you don't rent a car or use applications for transport to move through the island. Restaurant and pool area is very nice, food and service is great.
Disliked: Room near the private pool doesn't have a clear view of the ocean, so if you prefer ocean view over private pool, choose a room that has direct ocean view, no sense in paying additional for the private pool room if you strongly prefer direct ocean view. Though it must be said, the room was fantastic!

Liked: The views are stunning. Possibly the best hotel view on the island from what we could see. A bus trip even stopped there to take photos.
Disliked: There isn’t anything to dislike. The restaurant and bar are lovely and high end but lacked a little atmosphere and could maybe have more upbeat music. It was the end of the season though so everywhere is quieter in general.
quiet luxury, food amazing, very comfortable rooms and facilities
Liked: breakfast amazing, varied, tasty, fresh, views fantastic, lights in the pool are a showstopper and the pool area is lovely as well as the food, rooms are very spacious and comfort is well thought of, terrace and surroundings are tranquil, the facilities for showering after checking out and waiting for late transport to airport are great, fully equipped, an absolute bonus
Disliked: some rooms don't have a full view of the sea, some neighbours close to hotel are sometimes listening to music a bit too loud but that has nothing to do with the hotel and music does stop in a reasonable time during the day
Liked: What sets this hotel apart is the people. The customer service is exceptional, and the friendliness of the entire team, from reception to the restaurant staff, was consistent from the first to the last day. You feel looked after without ever being fussed over. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection and great quality. The rooms are beautiful, well designed and comfortable, and the overall infrastructure of the resort (pool area, spa, restaurants) is top notch.
Disliked: Two small points: the gym could be a bit larger, and the daily housekeeping sticks to the essentials rather than a full refresh. Neither took anything away from our stay. All in all, an absolutely recommendable hotel. We will definitely be coming back.
Liked: The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the coastal view was splendid. The breakfast was high-end, varied, tasty, and well-served. I would definitely stay at the Amazon Resort on a future visit.
