  Sweet but not for hungry guests or cold weather

  Liked: Nice central location. Good bedding. Lovely view

  Very supportive staff

  Liked: The ladies handling the property were caring and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and thats the only reason I scored this property and 8.

  Disliked: Rooms are not advertised correctly. Our room had an attached patio inthe discription and confirmed by booking.com but there was no patio. The beds had blankets and no quilts. No face cloths were provided. Our door wouldn't lock or unlock with the card key. We were given a physical key. This was known you the property staff. The property access is climbing multiple steps or a much longer steep road. This should be advertised for peoplelike us who are senior citizens and have cardiac issues.

  Disliked: We asked to stay extra 2 nights at the facility as we saw it on Booking for 208 Euros for the 2 nights. We called and offered to pay cash and they offered a discount. The next day when we were going to pay they told us 320 euros cash…

  Nauplion and 45 house DEVINE

  Liked: Everything was absolutely brilliant house keeping and breakfast was exceptional and bed comfort and location so close to all in the best old town in Greece full of history and so many places to eat and enjoy the quality hospitality and great beaches and many activities to do and see

  Liked: We were welcomed in a warm and wonderful way by Melina. She answered all our questions about Nafplio. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful -especially loved the phyllo dough savory tarts --ham and spinach. The courtyard where breakfast was served was very comfortable. Everything is beautiful about 45 House. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated... we loved sitting out on the small balcony with a view of the water. The location is good, easy walk from parking but does require quite a few steps to get down to town and the local restaurants. --delightful walk if you enjoy walking.

  Disliked: I could not improve on our experience. It is an exceptional place. If we ever return to Nafplio we will definitely stay at 45House.

  Wonderful place, beautiful location, and excellent hospitality/staff

  Liked: The place was extremely comfortable and clean with excellent hospitality! The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect, close to everything that Nafplio has to offer. We loved it so much we extended our stay!
