I stayed for one night while visiting Nafplio, nice view from the shared terrace
Liked: The view from the terrace and close to the centre, small but very comfortable rooms.
Was there for four days, was not value for money considering their price
Liked: Lovely view owner very nice and hospitable Good view from the (non-smoking signed) balcony, but everyone smoked
Disliked: Tiny shower no place to put soap in shower no space for luggage no kettle Toilet bin not cleared daily
No parking and needs more cleaning

Disliked: NO PARKING! Shower was dirty, a lot of dust to all the places that we don't touch, bed was small for 2 persons of 170cm, too small room. Shower had rust and other dirt, pillows were totally dirty and yellow inside the pillowcases, our lights above our heads had so much dust that I smelled it before I see it (I'm allergic). The most irritating thing is that we've booked it over other in the area because it said it has parking, it has not, the hotel owner told us to park somewhere around (no available) and we've parked 20min walking distance away, ok we load off the car but we still had to walk ALL ACROSS NAFPLIO to get to out car while we payed this hotel for parking.

Disliked: Mixed experience: Great gentilman, but cleanliness, price-value ratio, and amenities fell short I don't usually write negative reviews because I highly respect people's work, and I must say the elderly gentleman downstairs was incredibly sweet. However, there were several major issues during my 7-night stay that I feel need to be addressed constructively, especially considering the price paid. Price & Amenities Discrepancy: I chose this property and paid a higher, above-average rate specifically based on the listing stating there was a kitchenette. Upon arrival, there wasn't one. When I asked, I was told it wasn't included in my room type. Without the kitchenette, the price-to-value ratio is simply not justified compared to what else is available in Nafplio. Housekeeping & Basic Supplies: After three days, I had to physically ask if our towels would be changed or the room cleaned. They did come that once, but they never returned for the rest of our 7-night stay. We even ran out of basic supplies like toilet paper by the end of our trip. Cleanliness, Allergies & Pet Friendliness: When they finally cleaned the room that one time, the floor wasn't even swept. Furthermore, I misplaced my headphones and found them under the bed. Looking underneath, I discovered months of accumulated dust, dirt, and rubbish (including a half-empty water bottle from previous guests). Because of this severe accumulation of dust, I woke up with intense asthma attacks during the last two nights. It was incredibly frustrating to have my holiday rest completely disrupted. Additionally, since the property is pet-friendly, my dog went under the bed and kept bringing out all the old rubbish and fluff onto our clothes and the towel we brought specifically for him. My dog is super clean—I wipe him down every single time we come back from a walk without exception—so seeing him covered in old filth was deeply disappointing.

Very bad dissatisfied and disappointed
Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!!!
Disliked: Everything!!! It was smelling of strong mould. Management would not acknowledge the smell basically lying to our faces. We booked a room for two adults and on child 15 and they gave us separate two rooms across the hall. How was I suppose to leave a minor in a room by herself in a hotel that looked like a brothel. We picked up our stuff and left. Ruining our vacation time. We had plans for new year celebrations with relatives that were cancelled, We had to head back home because we could not find other accommodations. Very very disappointing experience.
