Great - would visit again
Liked: 20 min walk from port / old town. Parking was easy, staff incredibly helpful
Disliked: Our room on ground floor had no balcony / outside area to be fair we did know that when booking though…
Liked: The hotel has a fantastic location it's easy to get out of town with a car and it's a very short walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. The room had a very nice size, was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, staff was very kind. We had a good stay.
Liked: Good
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The toilet didn't work during our entire stay!! We informed the reception but no one was interested in repairing it, the air conditioning was working at a snail's pace! The breakfast it was so gold and one of the receptionist lady was very rood!!If we have problem or something bother anyone, always we have to be polite and smiling to the customer! Thank you
Great location helpful staff
Liked: Extremely helpful hotel staff, there's nothing they won't do to improve your experience. Very close to the harbour and old town. My wife cut her toe while in the town, back at the hotel full medical assistance was given; bandages, plasters, antiseptic cream etc. Including arranging a taxi to the duty hospital in Argos. Even the taxi driver waited for us at the hospital until we had been seen. The hospital staff were quick and efficient. It helps when the staff are on site 24/7. Nice breakfast too. What more could we have asked for.
