Clean apartment with easy street parking in Nafplio. Issues with heating units and hot water

Liked: Clean, spacious apartment with high ceilings and pleasant interior design. No problem finding free street parking next to property. Would only recommend outside the winter and summer season due to AC/heating issues.

Disliked: - both bedroom heating units did not turn on, despite following owner's instructions. One other heating unit in the living room worked fine. We woke up in cold temperatures. Owner seems to have been made aware of this issue in a recent review in December 2025, has apparently chosen not to correct it as of this review in mid-April. When we brought it up in the morning, we were told the units were checked and worked fine... - hot water only lasts for about 15 minutes, after which you are supposed to turn on a switch in the electrical panel and wait 30-60 minutes to be able to take another shower. It was a problem for the three of us, we arrived late and had to wake up early the following morning, we stayed up late into the night to be able to take turns in the shower with 30-60 minutes in between. Lovely apartment, great stay!

Liked: The apartment was amazing, its a very comfortable and big apartment with lots of space and amenities. I really appreciate cleanliness and I have to admit that the bathroom was impeccable! Nothing is better when you arrive at an apartment after a long drive and you enter a beautiful home, with all needed facilities, clean and easy to reach! The apartment is located very close to the center so very easy to walk with also various grocery stores closeby. The host was very friendly and accommodating, at the arrival we had some wine and amenities waiting for us which is always a nice welcome! All in all, perfect stay in a great city!
