Fabulous
Liked: Very comfortable and clean apartment. Close to the town centre and shops. Full equipment and facilities. Very friendly and helpful landlord.
Disliked: .
We enjoyed staying at the property as it fulfilled all our needs
Liked: Spacious, good location, all amenities provided
Disliked: There was nothing we disliked
Liked: Comfy apartment, suitable for family.
Disliked: N/A
Typical case of an unprofessionally managed property by a Greek amateur
Liked: Decent variety of breakfast items: butter, jam, honey, cake, and instant coffee. Lots of kitchen utensils.
Disliked: 1. The A/C of the room closest to the backyard didn't work. We were sweating all night. I pity the people who'll rent this property in the days that come, when the temperature will reach 40°C. Mr. Dimitri, you shouldn't rent this apartment under such conditions — doing so is nearly criminal. 2. There are no locks in the bathrooms (nor in the two bedrooms, for that matter). I felt terrible while taking a shower and thinking that my daughter could enter any time. 3. We could feel the springs of the mattresses pinching our bodies. That was a second reason for having an awful night's sleep. 4. The second bathroom is simply a toilet seat. So, two people cannot take a shower simultaneously. 5. The main bathroom has a huge hole on the floor, which is literally "swept under the rug". 6. Mr. Dimitris (the owner) was unavailable by phone when I tried to inform him about these things. I finally resorted to sending him SMS messages. About #1, he wrote that he didn't know. About #2, he wrote that he'd never thought of it (!!)
A wonderful base from which to explore and supportive host to assist you
Liked: Gorgeous authentic home with thank!
Disliked: Nothing!
Easy 15min walk into old town Nafplio. Economical. Served its purpose for 2 nights
Liked: Enough room, with balcony and good price
Disliked: Old and in need of revamp but ok for price. Didn't feel very clean because it was old and in particular had to put toilet paper in bin rather than flush away.
