Fabulous
Liked: The location was within close proximity to my daughter's family. It included a generous breakfast delivered to my door around 9am each day, which I enjoyed. There was daily housekeeping.The rooftop pool was a bonus and offered magnificent views of the sunrise.🌅
Disliked: It was shoulder season and the blankets were small for the bed. It was fine for me as one person but may be a problem for two. Two of the three chairs on the patio were broken and in need of repair or replacement but again, I only needed one. The iron was not usable..the bottom had something melted to it. There was a hot pot and espresso maker which were appreciated but would be nice to have a small appliance to heat food. The entrance was on the side next to an abandoned building and the main door was never closed or locked which made me uncomfortable at night so I had my son in law walk me home safely. All in all it was a great value for the money, just needs some updates.
It was fine. The decoration was nice and we had clean rooms every day
Liked: The room was always clean and spacious and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, We liked the swimming pool on the roof even though we did not find the time to spend time there as Naxos is a big island and we wanted to explore it.
Disliked: The only thing we did not like is that the hotel is a bit far (not very far but not that close-from chora (centre) you cannot go there by car as there are not enough parking places. Also there is no sufficient parking for the rented cars at the hotel. Another thing we did not like is that suppliers were blocking the entrance....we had to wait for them to move their cars so as to leave with our own rented car. That was our only problem. The rest were fine.
Overall a good experience with very pleasant and polite staff
Liked: The staff was very pleasant and eager to help, cleanliness was superb and the hotel's location was at a good spot.
Disliked: WiFi didn't work at all. Mobile reception is also blocked on the rooms, and because wifi was not working, wifi calling was also not available. Staying on the second floor without an elevator and a small child was exhausting in carrying things up and down the floors, plus the beach equipment.

Nice and comfortable place, with very friendly staff
Liked: Facilities were very good, very comfortable stay. The breakfast served inside the room was definitely a highlight.
Disliked: It wasn’t so easy to find it, a signage could make it easier.
