Liked: The cleaning lady deserves a raise
Disliked: The facilities: sink not attached, toilet seat not fixed The bed in the living room is not a bed Not enough chairs for a 8 people house, not enough cooking stuff
Liked: Very good location. Bus stop to the beaches and villages is in front of the house. Slightly outside of buzzy centre. So you can chill in peace at night. Only 10-15mins walk to the main town or beach. House keeper cleaned the house everyday and everything was perfect!! Wifi was good and water pressure was excellent. I enjoyed my stay in this place:)

AMPELOS IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DESTROYED OUR ENTIRE VACATION
Liked: Nothing. Staff moved us out of the infested room without argument, which at least confirms they knew what was in it.
Disliked: Everything. This hotel is INFESTED with bed bugs, and the property spent a month telling me it was not a big deal. Roughly ninety bites in four nights, photographed, confirmed by a pharmacist. I found the bed bugs themselves on the bedding. Those photographs are attached. Staff did not argue. They moved us to another room, which is how I know they already knew. The bites carried on after the move, so it was never one room. EUR 76.00 to decontaminate our clothes, forget that they completely destroyed our entire vacation with us spending time with doctors, in laundromats, and pharmacies. On 3 August I was told the room was being treated. At 12:19 that chemicals had to dry and heat was being applied. At 12:39 that the door could not be opened for two to three hours. At 12:40 that the technician had confirmed 50 degrees and was still inside. At 12:41 I asked for a photograph of the heaters and never received one. At 1:22 that everything was under control, with times for the heaters that contradicted what I had already been told. At 2:53 I went and looked myself, because by then I did not believe it. No heat, no heaters. At 2:56 the account changed from heat to steam. Chemicals, then heat, then steam, in three hours, with nothing a guest could verify. There was no proper treatment. They invented one. Bed bugs only die with HIGH HEAT. A month on I am still covered in bites and on prescribed oral and topical steroids. Reported to the Greek Ministry of Tourism and the Consumer Ombudsman. They knew. They moved us. Then they invented a treatment and treated me as though I were making a fuss over nothing. Do not stay here if you want to avoid a NIGHTMARE that destroyed our entire holiday.
Perfect stay on Naxos with a fabulous rooftop pool!
Liked: The property was only 7 minutes from the beach and 7mins from the city centre. It was quiet at night it was super clean, the staff were really friendly and available on WhatsApp for anything! Elife the receptionist was fantastic, helped arrange transfers. We got upgraded from an apartment to a house meaning we all had our own room. It was spacious! A kiosk only down the road for any snacks and drinks!
Disliked: I don’t think there is anything bad!
Liked: The host was friendly and very accommodating. There was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was a bit chilly, but perfect for the hot afternoons! The air conditioners worked well and were needed during our stay. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants.
