Exceptional
Liked: The girl on reception was very friendly and helpful. Shared facillities with Grotta hotel and great views from the rooftop. Room was very comfortable, as was the bed and bedding.
Disliked: Up bit of steep hill or via road hill to get to Chora.

Liked: The hotel was very cozy, modern, and spacious, and everything looked quite new. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We arrived a little early and our room wasn’t ready yet, but they immediately offered us coffee and juice while we waited, which was a really nice touch. The location is fantastic, on a hill close to the port, with an amazing view of the sunset and the Portara of Naxos. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
Great place!
Liked: We coukd use the spa & restaurant at Grotta hotel, tge staff is super friendly, they gave us a complementary transfer to/from the port. Qiet comfy bed, complinentary cake everyday. They make the sofabed so each of us could gave a room.Those details make it stand out. The sunset & view from the terrace at Grotta hotel is amazing!
Disliked: It was quite a walk from the city, the rocky shortcut trekking wasn' t easy.
Liked: The best experience, so kind, the pick me up in the port for free, I have some surprises in my room during the stay, absolutely kind people
Perfect gem
Liked: Loved the hotel, staff are absolutely amazing, small touches like cake in your room daily, complimentary drink on arrival, spa facility and roof top with amazing views
