Bad, very bad and super bad!!!!!
Liked: That it was close to the beach
Disliked: The host was rude and placed us into a room that we didn’t book and did not want to move us to our booked room. The bed was extremely hard and so were the pillows. I would stay extremely far away from this place and book at your own risk!!! The sink was also leaking and the host just read my texts and didn’t even care!
Liked: Wonderful location next yo the beach
Disliked: The towels were a bit old and very rough, so not very comfortable to dry yourself with them after a shower. I hoped that shower gel was refilled, but it was done only once with 1 sample only. We ended up buying one. It was barely impossible to have a shower without spilling water everywhere. The kitchen is very minimal. Only 1 of the 2 stoves were working and the equipment was minimal (ex. Only 1 knife and 1 spoon, 2 wouldn’t hurt). Last but not least, when using the hair dryer, it sparked and the light went out during at least 1h. Staff was not so worried because answered saying they’ll help me, and didn’t reply further. Luckily, the light came back 1h later. Paying 100€/night for this is not reasonable, in my opinion

Disliked: This was probably the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. When we got to the hotel there was a worker there waiting for us, after we checked into our rooms she proceeded to creepily sit right outside of our rooms (moving in between the 2 floors) for 30 minutes. That was the last time we saw anyone from the front desk. This place was advertised to have a front desk, however we did not see a single person at the front desk our entire stay. I also tried calling the hotel 6 times during our stay and the hotel only answered once, we were forced to communicate via booking.com messages. Once we got to our room it was just as bad. The rooms were old and not worth the money at all. The bathroom was disgusting and our shower heads didn’t even work so both rooms had to use the faucet to bathe ourselves. If you think this is already bad enough, it gets far worse. We had the hotel book us a van to take us to the port to catch our ferry. There were bad wind storms so the ferry time kept changing so we had to leave earlier. I communicated this to the hotel and the driver was unable to accommodate, so the hotel told us to go to the taxi stand and catch a taxi. Once we arrived to the port, the hotel gave the van driver my contact information and the driver kept calling asked harassing us trying to make us pay for the ride that we tried to cancel. He was saying that he was going to report me to the port police so I couldn’t board the ferry until I paid. So, I decided to call the hotel thinking that as their guest, they would try to help me out. Boy was I wrong… The one time they finally answered the phone, they started yelling at me and harassing me telling me to meet up with the driver and pay him otherwise he will report me to the police. So I went and talked to the port police. They told me that I have nothing to worry about and as long as I didn’t take the ride then do I not have to pay anything.

Disliked: I had to wait when I arrived. There was nobody. I was asked about time just the day before. They should inform from the beginning that there won't be a reception and we have tell then the arrival time. And when I called them the didn't reply. Only after calling five times. The didn't bother. I was getting scared to not to be able to stay after looking forward for my holidays. The bathroom very small shower and old. But the worst was an electricity problem with hairdryer. It exploted with a fire spark I had to throw it to floor scared. One of the plugs is not good and it is very dangerous for anyone. Be very careful. Rom 2 on second floor. I'm sure they are nice just don't want to bother. And it is expensive for that conditions. Sorry but I need to say it to improve this specially for the dangerous situation.

Liked: Lovely stay, with the best location on Naxos. We felt so at home here with a small kitchenette to make breakfast and light meals. It is literally steps away from the bus stop, restaurants, etc. You cannot pick a better location on the entire island!
