Exceptional
Great location and a kind host, but unpleasant odors and concerning bites
Liked: We loved the location and easy access to the beach, and the apartment was nicely decorated. The host was also kind enough to offer us a complimentary transfer from the airport.
Disliked: The apartment had a strong, unpleasant odor, especially in the bathroom, where it seemed to be coming from the drain. The smell was difficult to tolerate, so we tried to keep the bathroom door closed as much as possible. There was also a milder odor elsewhere in the apartment, possibly related to dampness. We also experienced several incidents of bites after sleeping in the beds. Three of us stayed in the apartment, using the double bed and one of the single beds. On the first night, the person sleeping in the double bed woke with a deep, oval-shaped bite on their right finger. On the second night, the person sleeping in the single bed woke with multiple red spots on her arm, face, and shoulder. These did not look like ordinary mosquito bites. We can’t say what caused them, but the incidents were concerning. We went to a drugstore, and they also suggested that something may have crawled over those parts of her body while she was asleep.

Liked: We had an amazing stay at Infinity Apartments. Incredible location right next to the beach and easy walk to the center of town. Mike picked us up from the ferry stop when we arrived and even accommodated an early check in. They had a few communal beach chairs that we used some days, and other days we treated ourselves to a fancier sunbed/umbrella setup with drinks and food next door at Naxaki. This was the perfect spot for our stay in Naxos!
Disliked: Our AC wasn't working when we checked in. Since it was a Sunday, Mike wasn't able to get anyone to come fix it that night, which is totally understandable. He went and bought us a fan, so that we could sleep comfortably until the AC was fixed. We were out on the beach during the hottest parts of the day, and it cooled substantially in the evenings, so it wasn't a big issue!
