  NOT a 5 star hotel, good people, poor facitilites

  Liked: The front desk team were good, the young lady who was there in the morning was very good and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location in the centre of town they provided beach towels and the roof terrace and pool was a nice bonus, shame about the service!

  Disliked: Breakfast was a shambles - no buffet and very slow a la carte offer - why!? food was questionable in terms of its freshness. Erratic room service and cleaning, never got the same service twice. Noise of chairs etc was horrific from the roof terrace, making sleep virtually impossible if you were in a room below the gym was unusable, equipment was scarce, poor quality and unmaintained a back gate was in place, but locked, despite being advertised for use. Safe was so small it was almost impossible to be used for anything over the size of a passport. Bathroom was mouldy and the smell of sewage overpowering Overall NOT a 5 star hotel or anywhere close. Absolutely fine if they were charging 3/4 star prices.

  Naxos Island Hotel is the best choice for a Naxos vacation!

  Liked: Antonia and the rest of the hotel staff were kind, friendly, helpful and competent! Our room (#15) was spacious, the king size bed provided a great night's sleep, the temperature of the room was comfortable and easy to adjust, ditto the water pressure and temperature in the shower! Breakfast on the roof was included and was delicious! The view was spectacular. We also loved the central location of this hotel! Great coffee next door, 2 places to rent a car for the day were steps from the hotel, and we even used the same day drop off laundry service nearby - filled a bag and it only cost 12€!! Bonus: Giannoulis restaurant across from hotel was delicious and a must-do! The beautiful beach is a 2 minute walk away!

  Disliked: Absolutely nothing!

  We spent a wonderful couple of days relaxing with family in AgProkopios. This was our second visit and it didn’t disap

  Great location, but disappointed with the hotel

  Liked: The Naxos Island hotel is in a prime location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Right in the middle of a little town where there are lots of restaurants and a few mins walk to the beach where there are lots of beach clubs to rent beds. It is a 10 min car journey to the Naxos Port and gorgeous little winding streets and a great town with lots more restaurants. However, the hotel itself is not a 5 star hotel. It is definitely more 3 star. If thats what you are looking for then you will be very happy there, but if you are expecting a 5 star hotel will lots of facilities and lots of services then this is not your hotel.

  Disliked: The fact that we were sold a 5 star hotel which was actually a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was not good, and very disappointing

  It’s always a pleasure staying at this hotel!

  Liked: Owner and staff are amazing!!! They make you feel at home and provide everything you would need!! This is our second summer staying here and can’t wait to return!

  Disliked: It’s clean, great location, walking distance to many restaurants, cafés/bakeries, stores and the BEACH! Love the staff and amazing food at the rooftop with fantastic views.
