Fabulous
Liked: A wonderful hotel. The room was large, comfortable, and clean, with a balcony. Delicious breakfast and very nice and welcoming staff. Thank you!
Great base to explore Naxos
Liked: Excellent staff, especially in the pool bar and restaurant. Good location and lovely pool area
Liked: The room was fine and the pool area very nice and not that crowded. Also most of the staff were very helpful. The hotel is close to the nice beaches and chora, so that was very helpful.
Disliked: The mattress needs to be replaced. They did give us a foam topping when we mentioned the stiffness of the mattress, but the topping dimensions were larger than those of the bed and there was a falling hazard if you got close to the edge. Also, for a hotel of this size the breakfast and food served need to improve.
Liked: The pool was lovely. More sunbeds and umbrellas. General gardens were needing work. Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The gym is old and tired. The toilets outside the gym were unsatisfactory.
Liked: We enjoyed our stay it was amazing, great food, easy transportation with bus riht outside
Nice hotel
Liked: Staff really pleasant and helpful. Rooms nice, good breakfast and easy parking. There is also a bus stop opposite if you don't have a car. It's not really a 4 star hotel but it isn't priced as one so that wasn't a problem.
Disliked: Facilities not as extensive as suggested - there is no laundry on site but you can pay to have it done. Sauna/spa costs extra and seems to be little used. The walk to the beach is quite short (15 mins) but a bit hairy as there is no pedestrian path. We didn't try the evening buffet as we found we could eat cheaper by the beach.
