Beautiful villas
Liked: The villas were beautiful and great size for a small family. Loved the location as its super close to multiple beaches and restaurants. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind.
Disliked: Flys it is a small garden/farm but the flies were a problem on Naxos in general
Liked: View, quiet place, hot tub.
Exceptional
Liked: The Villa was exceptional! It’s an amazing location (about 6min walk to beach and restaurants); absolutely beautiful and with amazing facilities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Really really loved it. The hosts are also just the most caring and lovely people.
We had a lovely time at the villa and would definitely recommend
Liked: The villa is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and the pool area and the jacuzzi gorgeous. The bedrooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very well designed and clean and the showers excellent. The setting in the countryside just outside the town was very peaceful and the views of the sunset and the sea amazing. The daily housekeeping meant that the property was spotless and the cleaning lady was very thorough and very friendly - she even brought us cake! The host was very helpful in arranging transfers to the port; one of the transfers was included in the price and both went very smoothly. It is a good idea to hire a car for your stay as a trip to the mountain villages is definitely worthwhile - although there is also a very good bus service between the main town, the beaches and the villages.
Disliked: The indoor living space (kitchen/living room) is a little small but the outdoor space is lovely and spacious which makes up for it. Some more/better quality equipment in the kitchen would be helpful e.g. there was only one wine glass in a property for 4 people. The villa is a little way out of town and road into town is busy with no pavement. However, we discovered a dirt track that goes to town and is both shorter and easier to navigate. It is also partially lit, so perfectly ok even at night. Once we discovered this, the walk into town was fine and actually quite pleasant.
