  Amazing Location

Liked: The location was amazing. Right in the heart of Naxos Town. Close to the port and the bus station. Made it very easy to get around the island.

  Beware**** BED BUGS*** Noisy unit

  Liked: Location

Disliked: *****Beware: Bed Bugs******* I honestly don't understand how this property has so many positive reviews. While the location is convenient, the cleanliness and overall hygiene were extremely disappointing. The first red flag was the towels. They were supposed to be white, but they looked gray and dingy, and they didn't feel clean at all. When we went to bed around 11:30 p.m., we couldn't fall asleep because the noise was unbelievable. Every footstep, every door opening and closing, and every object dropped upstairs could be heard clearly. We were constantly being woken up. On top of that, we both started itching while lying in bed. Since we were already awake because of the noise, I decided to inspect the bedding by lifting the pillows. That's when I found bed bugs crawling on the bed. At that point, we immediately packed our belongings and left the property at around 1:50 a.m. I sent the property a video of what we found. Their response was to offer us a different unit, but after discovering bed bugs, we had completely lost confidence in the property's cleanliness and didn't feel comfortable staying anywhere else on-site. We ended up paying out of pocket for another accommodation that was much cleaner and far more comfortable. Besides the extra expense, we lost hours of sleep and had our trip disrupted. Despite everything, the property refused to issue a refund. If cleanliness and a good night's sleep are important to you, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
