Stay at Aqua & Terra Cave Villa—you will love it!
Liked: We loved staying here! The views are spectacular!! The cave villa was very comfortably furnished and clean. Our hostess, Artemis, was welcoming and very quick to respond to all communication. Service was excellent by all the team we interacted with including Ervin who carried our luggage up and down the steps, our housekeeper, and the catering company who delivered breakfast every morning. The small plunge pool/hot tub overlooking the caldera was clean and so relaxing. Highly recommend this villa!
The most BEAUTIFUL place we have ever stayed! 10/10
Liked: By far the most beautiful place we have ever stayed at. The views were indescribable. Our hosts were absolutely amazing. They met us to hand over keys, carry our luggage, and explain everything we needed to know. We were so blown away. Breakfast was delivered to our door every morning and it was delicious. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. We are so glad we picked this location!
An unforgettable stay in the heart of Oia
Liked: This cave house exceeded all our expectations and truly delivered the wow factor we were looking for in Santorini. The location is simply perfect, right in the centre of Oia with breathtaking caldera views, yet incredibly convenient and accessible to restaurants, shops, local attractions, and nearby parking. The hosts were exceptional throughout our stay. They were always available, incredibly friendly, and provided excellent local recommendations that helped us discover some fantastic restaurants and hidden gems around the island. The cave house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Having multiple terraces allowed us to enjoy the stunning views from different angles throughout the day. Every corner of the property feels special, and the views over the caldera are nothing short of spectacular. The daily breakfast was another highlight. Everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, with more than enough variety to start each day perfectly. One of our favourite features was the heated jacuzzi/plunge pool. After a day of exploring Santorini, relaxing there in the evening while overlooking the caldera was simply magical. If you're looking for a unique and luxurious stay with incredible views, outstanding hosts, and a prime location in Oia, this is absolutely the place to be. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting the ultimate Santorini experience.

An exceptional ‘living-in-the-postcard’ stay
Liked: It was exceptional!! Enjoyed every moment. Was like ‘living in the postcard’. The unit, jacuzzi, good coffee machine and special gift from the owner were all amazing. Will book there much more often if I could.

Gorgeous location with everything you could possibly need. Friendly and timely service
Liked: Artemis was delightful and so helpful. The view was unreal. Quiet bc of thick walls. Spacious and had everything we needed. Great location in Oia. Ervin was great (handled our luggage).
Disliked: There was some kind of odor caused by something that occurred in the area- not at all the fault of Aqua and Terra, but it did mean we didn’t use the second room for the first night.
Simply incredible, Awesome, spectacular
Liked: We loved everything about the property. The location was exactly where I wanted to be. Right in the heart of Santorini. The two huge lounging upper decks were amazing it was like you owned your part of the caldera. The jacuzzi on the first deck was awesome. There is a detached separate bedroom on the same bottom deck along with the incredible house. The views are beyond words, both day and night. Artemis and George are amazing it’s great to meet people like them. They are the ones that rent the property. If you are ever blessed to be able to rent this property, please don’t hesitate to. Rent a car, go everywhere, bring your binoculars to see the sites. The breakfast they bring every morning is awesome. The inside of the house is beautiful. It truly is everything you could ever want. Just picture perfect.
