Exceptional
Liked: The room, shower, and most of all - Mario. Everything was great. Mario was so responsive and helpful for the tiniest of things that we wanted to ask.
Disliked: The balcony with the jacuzzi actually overlooks the main street so it's not very quiet or private. Also, this is not in the main caldera. For some reason, there was no board or signs for ArmonOia so you can't really find it without the help of the staff.
Liked: The location was excellent and the room spacious and very nicely furbished and well equipped. You feel right at home. The hot tub has a stunning view and the staff is very nice and helpful.
Disliked: A small minus is, that the wall in the shower is too short so after showering your bathroom is pretty wet. Also there is only one single hook in the whole room and bathroom.

Disliked: Nothing it was perfect. If I had to say anything it would be a sun lounger of the terrace would have been great but it may be too small for one. That would be the only thing.
Liked: It was great! The location was fantastic, right in the center of Oia. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. Mario took great care of us and advised us on the best options. I highly recommend it!

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect — right on Nomikou Street in the heart of Oia, steps from everything. The suites are stunning with breathtaking sea views and a private heated outdoor tub that made every evening magical. But the highlight was Mario. From the moment we arrived he picked us up, carried our luggage, gave us a personal tour of the property, and provided restaurant recommendations for every category and budget. He responds to texts immediately and can arrange any tour or activity you need. It felt like having a personal butler — reminiscent of a true luxury hotel experience. A family of 4 celebrating two birthdays and we felt completely taken care of. 10/10 across the board.
Disliked: The only suggestion would be to have some form of security presence or cameras at the property. Given the prime location it would give guests added peace of mind during their stay
