Fabulous
Liked: Location was fab, clean rooms and beautiful view.
Disliked: Front desk staff were not polite esp the gentleman. Housekeeping was below avg with their consistency. There were other villas which clearly offered better views, bigger rooms and more value for money.

Disliked: The property’s bed is sooooooooooooooo uncomfortable it’s like they have a hole in the middle 😔 and they tell you all their beds are like that so uncomfortable came back with sore back from a holiday 😭. Some of the staff not so professional at all.

Liked: The location was stellar. And everything was perfectly kept — clean and well maintained. The porters were stunning. Breakfasts (Anna!) were amazing. Diverse, delicious, healthy, fresh. Something for everyone!

Beautiful view only reached by a treacherous path
Liked: The room was amazing but getting to it was treacherous. We viewed other hotel walkways and none of them were as bad as yours. We would not stay here again or recommend it until the walkway is improved, which is a shame as the rooms were great
