Liked: We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, the views were breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better. Breakfast was excellent, and everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Santorini

Beautiful stay in heart of Oia
Liked: Beautiful stay! In the heart of Oia. The staff were really friendly and easy to communicate with. The view was stunning and we loved our spa. They helped us with a comfortable stay with our transfers and bags. Air con so nice and cool as well!
Disliked: We booked a studio room which I didn’t realise have a balcony just a enclosed space with small windows. Still very beautiful though!
Disliked: Mr. you must be mindful with your words on my previous comment as which you are mentioning "Old tactics", I never begged you to upgrade me to the suite while paying you for the studio room. I never asked to move to suite but I told to give me other room of similar category where Jacuzzi will be on the same floor and room access will be better, which you told me will be available tomorrow. But next day, I didn't contact you as it was a headache for me to pack and unpack. As far my disappointment on this room, that was on the stairs and room size which I clearly mentioned when we spoke. If you have a courage and if you are honest, put the photos of the stairs on booking.com and mention true room size and avoid photos which are not part of room like restaurant chairs. Give correct room details that it's a basement room and Jacuzzi is on upper floor next to restaurant. Your property total have 6 to 7 rooms. Other rooms might be good but studio room where I stayed was the worst. I am not concerned on how are the other rooms and what reviews your property has, (out of total 223) bad reviews are all about the same studio room and almost similar comments. If you want to keep your eyes close and think your studio room is as good as other rooms, its your choice. My suggestion to you, don't use old tactics and if you are very confident, I raised 16 points based on true facts, answer to those rather replying similar story to all customers who are giving you bad reviews. I am a frequent traveller and have never experienced such words "OLD TACTICS" from any property to defend themselves rather accepting the fact. Waiting to see how best can you defend and reply to those 16 points.
Liked: 1. Location is very nice and close to main road for easy access. 2. Luggage assistance during check-in and checkout was very helpful. 3. Plenty of amenities in washroom. 4. Wifi in underground room was helpful as phone net was not showing up. 4. Very limited staff but was very efficient. Have a pity on lady who was trying best during breakfast but 1 can't do everything. Property should have more staff to do job done properly.
Disliked: 1. It was not a room but impression of an underground barrack for a prisoner. They mentioned 25m2 size which was hardly 10 to 15m2. Booking.com must verify details as this is false information by property. 2. Bed was very small and washroom size was very limited and small. Washroom door was very hard to open and close. 3. Cupboard in the room was very tiny, infact it was a part of slope below stairs. It was very inconvenient. 4. No tissue box in room. 5. AC filters were chocked throwput of air was limited. 6. Photos show its a jacuzzi but its a box with bubble containing fixed amount of water without adding fresh water. However, I enjoyed it. 7. Jacuzzi is not as it shows like next to room. Its in upper floor next to street/restaurant dine area. 8. Booking.com atleast have asked them and inquire before posting 9. Breakfast was limited, pity on woman who is working hard. There needs serious improvement in breakfast specifically they must arrange liquids/juices in the dine area rather giving only one glass of juice with set menu breakfast. I didn't like the concept and that's why only did breakfast only one day during my stay. 10. Property price doesn't value at all for the money I paid. It was far far below to my expectations. I enjoyed only bcz Santorini is beautiful otherwise my stay was the waste of money. I understand they have peak eason but still the price 50% of what I paid will hardly justify for this property comparing to the quality. 11. There was no proper deut covered in a sheet but just a small sheet and dirty blanket placed on it rather a proper deut. 12. Chairs shown in photos are not a part of room but its restaurant dine area. 13. Stairs to access room was so so dirty and full of hair like those were never cleaned for Years. It was a big shame. 14. There was a small window opened in washroom. They must have exhaust fan rather to keep window open 15. Must have more staff 16.
