Absolutely stunning location with a delicious breakfast included
Liked: The staff was so accommodating. We had to fly to Santorini instead of taking the ferry and arrived too early to check in but they stored our luggage and then delivered our bags to our room when it was ready. The views were incredible; the location was just right; an easy walk to Oia. The pool was so inviting although it was a little cool, as was the spa outside the room. I liked that we were a short walk to Oia rather than staying in town where it is so crowded with lots of stairs.
Disliked: If I had a complaint at all it would be there was no microwave in the room.

Liked: I would say it’s the best view of the caldera. Hotel is very nice, breakfast is decent, there is a pool, but above all the stuff of this hotel. You are the best! Very helpful and always smiling and nice, great professionalism and just very good people. Thank you, our stay was just great!

Liked: the location was an A+! I love walking, and everything was within walking distance, which was perfect for me. The breakfast was also an A+—I really enjoyed it!
Disliked: The only area that could be improved is the restaurant service. I had breakfast there twice, and unfortunately, I was not very happy with the way the two ladies working at the restaurant reception treated the customers. I think they could be a little more welcoming and friendly. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I would give the reception staff a 100! They were all very nice, helpful, and friendly, and I really appreciated their excellent service.
