Exceptional
Memorable stay on many levels
Liked: The room was fantastic; well appointed, private, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The staff were excellent. They stayed late to welcome us, assisted in booking activities and provided a special early breakfast when we had early check out. Outstanding. Location was good, just off the main tourist area, a really good local cafe. Uphill walk to the town but that was ok.
Disliked: Nothing
Very nice hotel and very secluded. But the location is what makes it hard to get around sometimes
Liked: Very nice and comfortable room. The jacuzzi was heated and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The location was outside of the main town. But only a 15 minute walk uphill.
Great choice to be close to Oia but have some privicy and qualitytime
Liked: Great location, 10mins walk to Oia(hotel offers lift up the hill for free). Rooms and pool looks like on the pictures. We didnt test lunches restaurant much but two things we had were tasty. Friendly staff
Disliked: Breakfasts are to be chosen from four options day before to be brought to the room. Tasty but quite limited. Would consider adding one more option with wegetables, hams and cheeses. Also, it has to be planned for what time you want it if you late you may be left without the time slot that fits your plans.
Comfortable, friendly, relaxing
Liked: Great staff, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and the breakfast was great. Everyone was helpful across the board. Was upgraded for our first two nights also.
Disliked: Pancake portions are small. Pool turned both of our swimsuits green.
Peaceful and beautiful vacation!
Liked: The staff is very friendly and approachable. The hotel itself is beautiful in term of design. The room with the hot tub is amazing and you can watch a sunset. The food delicious!
Disliked: We really liked everything, highly recommended!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oia
Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, always making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast tray was delicious, and the daily afternoon sweet treat was a lovely surprise. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel also organized convenient transfers to Oia and other parts of the island, which made getting around very easy.
Disliked: The coffee capsules were unfortunately not refilled regularly.
