Fabulous
Amazing Caldera View without a plunge pool
Liked: I like the view..! Definitely paid for just the view only! I enjoyed it when I woke up with the Caldera View. The Famous blue dome was not far from this accommodation..very spacious.. Deepak was a very nice man..vrr helpful and he wouldn't leave me until my service had arrived.. overall it really was lovely to wake up and see the view straight away..
Disliked: The accommodation smells kind of sewage but I have read about Santorini or from watching You Tube, not necessarily from Sophia Oia, but there's definitely that old drain smell. The plunge pool isn't working anymore and they might not bother having this fix so it's kind of expensive to stay without it. It's a waste of space. The food through it is difficult to lock so there was a draft coming from that direction..

Am never booking here again… I feel cheated with price they charged me with the indoor private jacuzzi removed and I was

Disliked: No reception and our room had a private indoor jacuzzi as advertised that’s why I paid more for this hotel only to find out when we got there they’ve removed the functionality of the jacuzzi but they never emailed me about it. It was never mentioned to me. They should adjust the price if the jacuzzi was removed. Tried to speak to reception for every concern or problem but the lady who answered just tells me to email coz she is not reception. Lousy lousy service!
Incredible view, actually the best view - perfect stay!
Liked: Incredible view - perfect stay! Deepak was so accommodating, friendly and did everything possible to make our visit go smoothly - held our bags before we checked in and organized our transfer to the ferry.
Disliked: We should have booked two nights instead of one.

Liked: It was a superb location with a beautiful view the room was very comfortable with everything you needed. We highly recommend this accomodation.
