Exceptional
Great little hotel and staff super accommodating
Liked: Rooms were wonderful, clean and bright and had everything we needed. Staff were extremely helpful and the location was excellent. You had sunbeds allocated to you everyday on a rotation system, which we loved as didn’t have to rush down to the beach or pool to get one.
Disliked: The breakfast was the same everyday and not a huge choice. If you wanted a cappuccino you had to pay extra, which is unusual in a hotel. They only provided 2 bottles of water when you arrived, these were not replenished and you were charged for the coffee pods in the room, which seemed excessive considering the price of the room. Also I found the pool and chill out area was not kept very clean or tidy.

Liked: Small boutique with friendly staff and a fabulous location. Sunbeds allocated so no sunbed rush, fantastic idea. Such a relaxing stay

Liked: Beautiful new hotel right on the beach, great stuff and very clean, we were lucky to get the best room in the hotel with views of both the beach and the mountains, loved the system they have for the Beach Chairs, we had the most fun relaxing week
Disliked: Small remark about the coffee, great Illy espresso machine in room but you only get few capsules for the entire week and need to buy more from the reception, it would have been nice to get daily amount especially as the breakfast coffee is not very good
An perfect vacation in an idyllic location
Liked: Our room was gorgeous with a fabulous upstairs mezzanine bedroom area. We also appreciated a lovely sea view. The bohemian decor throughout the pool/beach area was delightful. The overall Aesthetic of the hotel was very pleasing. The hotel was spotless and reception smelt lovely. A lot has already been said about the sunbed rotation which works very well. The sunbeds were comfortable and the sea view was amazing. Pantos the beach waiter and sunbed caretaker was very pleasant The Staff are amazing. Friendly helpful and very kind. The ladies on reception were very friendly and chatty. As were the staff in the restaurant/bar and the housekeepers. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing. Breakfast buffet could offer a little more choice on the cooked food items but there was certainly enough to set you up for the day and everything was fresh and delicious.
Exceptional Eterrano
Liked: Eterrano is perfect in every detail, the room was very clean and quite and every request was promptly dealt with by the lovely ladies on reception, all staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the sunbed guy is wonderful delivering drinks to your lounger throughout the day. Fantastic location on Valtos Beach, I would highly recommend and would without doubt stay again. Well done Eterrano team for such a lovely holiday.
