  Disliked: AVOID Our stay at Villa Thalassa was a complete disaster. We were badly bitten by bed bugs while at the property. We provided the host with photos and evidence, they refused to accept responsibility and denied the property had bed bugs relying on an old pest-control certificate dated one month before our stay. We escalated the matter to Booking.com and, unfortunately, got absolutely no help or any type of resolution from them either. Our holiday was completely ruined due to the severity of the bites and the expenses incurred by us due to medical bills & laundry. Neither the villa nor Booking.com offered any meaningful compensation. We would not recommend this property and definitely would not stay here again.

  Fair facilities, very nice compound

  Liked: Nice views and access to shared pool. Air conditioning works well.

  Disliked: Air conditioning doesn’t reach 3 of the bedrooms downstairs, and we couldn’t use one as there were hundreds of mosquitos and no air ventilation, so we had to leave the window open.

  We absolutely loved this place and everything around it

  Liked: Everything. We absolutely loved this place and everything around it. Bus is easily reachable and fun to use. If you plan to hope around different islands, I would recommend using car, however bus connections are well set out too. Patrick is an amazing host/house owner. He was easily available to fix small issues like the internet (internet is more useful to kids than the beach:) and giving out useful tips for things to do/visit in the area. We do hope to visit again.

  Wonderful house minus owner being unresponsive to big issues

  Liked: House was great and good for families. Newer house with comfortable beds. Best house during our Greece stay minus owner and challenges on our vacation. Must have a car. Don’t rely on Ebike’s or public transportation. Quad would work too. Views wonderful. Housekeeper only reachable person but items needing attention were not for her to manage.

  Disliked: Owner not reachable at all. And there were issues not for housekeeper to manage. Owner needs to provide a list of how the house works manual including about doors and locking, picture for hot water turn on, and more. Owner did not respond at all to inquires for urgent matters. Very disappointing for pricey stay.
